Everything is ok except cleanliness of bed.. size of the bed also not ok... No that much amenities but can enjoy the nature of plants there

Hello, Marmaid resort is very good but the staffs response is very bad and poor customer service. food quality is very average only. need to improve the swimming pool hygiene. Krishna Prasad

I've found about the resort through make my 訂房網站 app. The premises is clean and enjoyable. can go with family and friends. Rooms are clean and good but hot water wasn't coming in our rooms. Food is also ok. overall, a pleasant place to visit and do fun activities and spend with your family.

Food was not good and very costly too...stay was Okie....game zone was fine but the timing can be extended. swimming pool was fine. As a whole good to explore for a day but def not more than that.

I alongwith my wife stayed at Mermaid from 24th noon to 27th noon. The stay was excellent. The conduct of staff was excellent. Staff were polite and quite responsive. The room was neat and clean, toilet was well maintained. There are ample large place and space available for family get-together. I recommend this Hotel & Resorts for your stay with family.

My stay at the mermaid resort in chennai was truly exceptional! The hotel is beautifully maintained, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and diverse, and the location is perfect for exploring . I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting chennai.

I had an amazing stay at Mermaid Resort! The resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were neat and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. But what really impressed me was the variety of indoor activities available, which kept me entertained on rainy days. The swimming pool was well-maintained and had different heights, making it perfect for both kids and adults. My little one loved the swim rings provided, and I appreciated the safety measures in place. The resort is also a nature lover's paradise, with birds, ducks, chickens, and rabbits roaming freely. I even spotted a few rabbits hopping around the grounds! For the adventurous, there's a cycling activity that's perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. And for kids, there's a fantastic park with play equipment and plenty of space to run around. What really stood out, though, was the resort's commitment to nature. The entire property is fully covered with trees, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation.
